Gina Thompson is a multi-media sculptor, photo stylist and installation artist living and working in Atlanta, GA. In 2002 she received her BFA in Furniture Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design. For the past 14 years she has worked as a photo stylist, showroom designer and photo art director which greatly influenced her work by allowing her the experience of working large scale with large budgets and teams of people. In 2012 Gina co-founded Voyeur Designs, a multi-disciplinary design agency that specializes in creating installation art in empty retail spaces. In 2014 she was awarded the Andrew M. West Memorial Scholarship for exceptional talent in art and design and in 2015 was invited to be a speaker at the National Arts Marketing conference in Atlanta, GA. She will graduate in May 2016 with an MFA in Sculpture from Georgia State University.
